Medication Refills

Confirm there are no refills remaining

Certain medications may necessitate a follow-up appointment to comply with insurance or pharmaceutical monitoring and documentation requirements. Controlled / Scheduled medications are subject to stringent refill regulations set by the DEA. Typically, these medications require an in person appointment not to exceed 90 days.  

Please request a medication refill with at least seven days' supply remaining. This ensures sufficient time for review, approval, and processing by the pharmacy.
